Position-Operations-Sales (AM)

Experience-4  to 6 yrs, 6Mths + in AM Role, or 1Yr + as Sr. TL, for AM-1 yr + as a TL

Package-4 lacs & 6 lacs

 

CORE FUNCTIONS:

  1.  Collaborates with leadership in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
  2.  Manages the assigned product lines to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives.
  3.  Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.

 

DETAILS OF FUNCTION:

  1.  Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with board members.
  2.  Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
  3.  Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
  4.  Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
  5.  Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.
  6.  Provides quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
  7.  Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  8.  Formulates all sales policies, practices and procedures.
  9.  Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
